Had a quiet couple of days, but out spending for DS2's birthday party on Saturday. I saved 60p to pot today by parking further out of town and walking into the centre, so into the pot that's gone. I've also done another pocket raid in DH and this time only managed 50p, but its better in my pot than his pocket! :rotfl:
Got £1.32 in my purse after purchasing party stuff so into the pot that will go too - total to pot today is £2.42... better than nothing!!
I'm off now to design a catamaran birthday cake for DD2. For a 6 year old boat fanatic I'm going to have to be very technical - he's designed the sail, hull and keels and wont be happy unless I've got it all correct. :eek:sealed pot member 100. Saving for a dream holiday for 6!!

Ty all for Miss Lilys birthday wishes, re the cake, its taken me 4 hours  to decorate the thing, plus I had to stop half way through as her school does 'have lunch with your parent on your birthday' so I had to go sit at the birthday table then go play tumbling monkeys in the lunch club. I will take a picture of the cake later and pop it up for you all to [STRIKE]laugh manically at[/STRIKE] admire.
She will be thrilled when she gets home, as an extra birthday present to her, she gets to go to the dentist:rotfl: I really wasnt thinking when I booked that . . . .
I have change for my pot but im so bloomin shattered from early start, cake decorating, birthday lunch I cant move  will pot it when I get back from the dentist

Definitely not weird because I do it too!
Thanks Sue-UU for my star! No potting today, I'm afraid. However, I haven't spent anything today so this is all good!Sealed Pot Challenge #021 #8 975.71 #9 £881.44 #10 £961.13 #11 £782.13 #12 £741.83 #13 £2135.22 #14 £895.53 #15 £1240.40 #16 £1805.87 #17 £1820.01 declared0 -
Hello potters
i potted a lovely £2 coin this morning and £5.30 'extra' moneys. Have potted a few over the last few days actuallyI have been having rice every day this week for my lunch, it's only 82p at the moment in Sainsbugs so makes for a cheap meal and has saved me some much needed pennies. I still have 3 in my draw at work and mum has been out and bought me 4 more
May grab more whilst they're on offer too lol.
Happy Birthday Miss Lily
Have a great holiday LC2
