    Hi All,

Lovely to see so many people joining our merry band.

I have been very slowly potting the odd bits of change here and there, but have been enjoying getting out for a few short walks each day and some pilates at home in the mornings. It tires me out no end, but I must do it.

Hopefully will have planning scan for radiotherapy within the next week or two. I saw Consultant yesterday and they are going to give me 20 doses of radiotherapy, but don't expect many side effects apart from a bit more tiredness.

Hope all are well. Now to catch up with some of the posts on here...there are sooooo many :)

  • I've been potting everyday. I'm trying not to keep track too much so it is a complete surprise in November! Everyone is doing well :)

Afternoon all, glorious sunny day here for the time of year.

I bet you'd rather had a box of chocolates. :D
Sorry, hope you recover quickly. Hubby has had that sore throat thingy that's going around for over 4 weeks (on and off). Lots seem to be having the same problems throughout the country!!

Done a little sales shopping and did well.

    Potted a £2 coin (change from Ikea breakfast) and 2 x 20p coins = £2.40 potted.

    I did try chocolate's ;-) now trying alcohol :D

DH has just been to get his paper and given me the change so a good start to the morning 65p in the pot. The 50p will go in my pot of dreams as I have decided that I am going to keep this for treats in school holidays for the GC not me!!

    I've been Money Tipped!
Morning all, hope those under the weather are getting better. The weather itself is pretty good up here at the minute - long may it last.

Some more new potters - welcome and good luck with your savings.

Nell - nice to see you posting, I love your positive attitude. Take care.

    I plonked 2 x £1 coins into my pot.

  • Its been slow potting over here recently. I have not been taking cash out to stop myself from spending (which hasnt really worked). Trying to get some balance at home between the family and work, which isnt really working either...
Savings are getting there though, I am sure once things settle down a bit I can get more into my pot but will happily plod along with the spare change I find for now....:)
