Found 50p at the bottom of an old handbag to pot today plus quite a few euro/two euro coins... Will be keeping hold of those in the hope that I go away somewhere soon :)

Goodness me this post moves so quickly! Well, I haven't put anything in the pot recently cos I just don't use that much cash (like the Queen!! :) )
BUT I am very chuffed to report that today I totted up all the money pots I have stashed all over, which have been accumulating for a couple of years, and banked the money. :)
A whopping total of £665!! Much better in my savings account than gathering dust inside a piggy bank, especially since it's an offset account. :)
Everything that wasn't a full money bag went back into the terramundi (£2 + £1) and sealed tin (all the silver) (copper goes into the charity tin I have at home so they have done well today also. :)
    Smiles all round :)

Potted 50p change today I snaffled from my dad as I had a NSD :D
  • Evening all!

Another 70p has found its way into my bottle today. It's already getting quite addictive to come on here to share with you what I found after digging into my purse!

I'll have a bit more tomorrow as I'm meeting up with friends, but I really ought to have a NSD or two after that :)

    Evening all,

Didn't pot anything yesterday as the only change I had went on car parking (now I was warned driving was going to be expensive, but did I listen).

Planned on potting a lot more today, but I've had this horrid cold/sore throat/flu bug going around, so spent a bit on remedies in Boots. Potted the change though, so £2.32 gone in.

Welcome to all our new potters.

Have fantastic holiday Sparky. Will you be looking for roadkill in New York? :D

Hi everyone, busy two days at work so lunch was cup a soup both days which already had in cupboard, so nothing from pot there. Did have to call at shop on way home for milk so £2.75 potted from there. Not planning on moving from house till Tuesday so hopefully manage to pot something then.
