Got a proper pot now it's my OH's jar. Sold a mobile that was old on the book of all faces and hopefully have a buyer for a dress at £5 so that will go in the pot if the lady collects it!3 Children - 2004 :heart2: 2014 :heart2: 2017 :heart2:

Oh and I like the surprise of adding up the pot funds! But can see why people like to add as they go along x3 Children - 2004 :heart2: 2014 :heart2: 2017 :heart2:

I think im going to leave it as a surprise and maybe use it for something nice for me and the oh for christmas as we more often than not dip out of getting each other something. There's this place in me where your fingerprints still rest, your kisses still linger, and your whispers softly echo. It's the place where a part of you will forever be a part of me.

Well my sister has just left and it appears that my nattering about my SPC has rubbed off - she has been to the shop this morning and bought herself 2 sealed tins :j
One for odd bits of change and one to save £1 a day - so very proud of her - but now the gloves are off to see who has the biggest pile! In the best possible sisterly love way!Meowhouse SPC #7 no 199 £560.58

It's a few weeks since I've been on and looks like I've missed loads
I'm delighted to report that I got a beautiful personalised terramundi pot from my lovely DD - think my SPC last year inspired her. I', soooo pleased - it's just gorgeous.
Quick question Sue - can you get notes out using the trusty ruler or just coins?
Happy New Year everyone - happy saving for 2014 :money:SPC Member #112 :A Save £2k in 2014 # 160 :money:0 -
MalhamCat, that is amazing savings, well done you!!!!! :T I'm not at all surprised you're aiming higher this time around. Did you want me to put a Target of £500 after your name/number? Up to you entirely.
Thanks Sue! :j I think I'd rather keep my target 'unofficial' for now and not have it written down if that's ok?
Managed to pot 50p today that I saved from not buying a work-induced mid-afternoon chocolate snack (:o), as my colleague offered me a couple of chocolate digestives she didn't want instead (she started on a diet as a new year's resolution: I haven't... :rotfl:)Sealed Pot Challenge (No.7): 208

I found some change in the car, I haven't driven it for a couple weeks as I lent it to a friend, but it was a bonus this morning when I popped to the shop to find just under £5 in the cup holder it has been separated into different challenge pots but about 75p went into the sealed challenge pig.2014 20p savers club #2 I've given up trying to keep track of how much that pig eats!
2014 £2 savers club #3 - I've no idea, but the pig is beginning to get mighty heavy
