Can I ask a question - are we meant to total up our seale pot as we go along on our signature or just wait until we empty it - just want to do same as everyone else. ThanksGrocery challenge Setting a £20 a week food budget for myself and 6 year old son. Month of jan budget £100.

Well. Shock of the day! Went to A!di today for the first time. It is a bizarre experience if you haven't been before but I usually spend over £50 in the supermarket I normally go to but I spent £21.93p I nearly fell over in shock. So much change for my pot! So I am feeding three for that but sure when out little lady arrives I won't be feeding four for that!!!!!3 Children - 2004 :heart2: 2014 :heart2: 2017 :heart2:

hello:hello:
£1.13 into my pot today:) just made a new pot out of an empty body shop tin left over from xmas0 -
£1.48 in the pot today - change from various wee spends. I'm trying to keep a lid on the spending at the moment so there might end up being less in the pot as a result. If that happens I'll feed it the odd note or pound coin if it gets hungry
I also put £6 in £2 coins into my terramundi today - that's for my Edinburgh Fringe adventures this year. Hopefully it'll pay for all my show tickets and meals/drinks while I'm having fun there this year!0 -
Thank you.
I have my purse to sort but should have about £4 to put in my new pot to start it off.
I have a whole month off work now too so will be sorting my loft out and getting that cleared out and whacked on feebay for my pots xThere's this place in me where your fingerprints still rest, your kisses still linger, and your whispers softly echo. It's the place where a part of you will forever be a part of me.

You can do whatever you like hun. Some people (like me) add up everything they pot. I'm no good a surprises. Some just pop their money in and forget about it. Some keep a rough total.... You get the idea.
The only thing Sue and Sparky ask is that you keep a note on your signature of anything you bank.
I hope that helps you
