Last night at work I found a whopping 31p! I kept checking the vending machine in the waiting room and my patience paid off, even though I was a little embarrassed with keep pressing the return button in front of a waiting room full of people, but needs must and the determination to improve got the better of me, I HAD to carry on.

So to sum up

vending machine x 10p
vending machine x 20p
floor x 1p

The night before 17/12/13 6p found


Walking mums dog x 1p
Asda x 5p

Total so far = 50p

I can literally feel my roadkill search filter improving every day. Just goes to show you really do get better at it the more you practice.

Yeah!! CC, getting to the 'don't give a stuff' point definitely works in favour of your available cash balance so well done to you! And yes, you do get better all the time and I think there's a few people on here who are proving that! It's quite lovely to watch!

I've not been involved in the thread this month, Hok3y how have you managed to find over £50? Did you find a nice pink £50 note?!

Hiya Muhren, I found 2 x £20 in Morri$ons car park - never been so gobsmacked in my life!! We also found two scratch cards that paid out £11 in total but I will transfer that to the wr total at the end of the month for this challenge so the numbers in my sig will change. I consider it roadkill for my personal spreadsheet and I use that to update my sig (although it's a bit behind at the mo!) but I'll remove it for the final report at the end of the month.

I did find a rather mahoosive 8p yesterday! Off into town now to see what I can scavenge.....

Haven't found any more money but did find a bottle of coke. Was walking past a deserted vending machine when it decided to dispense a coke. No-one was around so I took it lol

Oh,I am feeling so rich this month.:j
In the space of about 20 minutes this afternoon,found £1.25!!
Parked car,on short walk to school found a 20p,5p,5p,5p just lying all together on the footpath!!You would think a person would notice dropping that many coins at once,wouldn't you??
On way from school to PO shop,found 20p,50p pieces in the middle of the road,(different places).
As I was standing in the queue at PO shop,I thought U could see a coin under display cabinet.When I got to front of queue,sure enough:reached under cabinet,pulled out another 20p!!!!!!!!
Have just been searching online "Changing my name to HOK3Y by deedpoll" :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I've had a busy nightshift so not had chance to check vending machine till just on my break, nothing in there but have found 11p on my travels.

I've got just over an hour till home time so there's still time yet
