Hello all! Checking in with my final total for this month. I've been out of the uk for most of it so it's a little low.
The countries I've been travelling in only use notes and none found sadly, although I had a huge shock when I thought I saw some notes on the ground, only after picking them up I realised they were fake!! And I even found a fake 100 dollar bill last week, sadly it can't be spent or counted!
So my final totals are:

£10.23 in roadkill including two fivers!
1 tesco point from a Wombled receipt.
£2 off a tesco shop with a Wombled receipt.
1 Yi Jiao coin found yesterday.

My December total was £4.84

I rescued the grand total of 62 unwanted coins:

2 x £1
6 x 20p
4 x 10p
17 x 5p
6 x 2p
27 x 1p

No paper money or 50p coins this month.

The most I found in a day was £1.03 (on Christmas Day). The best locations for coin spotting seem to be train stations and around the university campus.

Final total for December - £4.72. Beat my November total and I was out of the UK for a week.

My total for December was £1.57 I'm pretty pleased with that seeing as it was my first month. I know I can do better so am looking forward to January's challenge

I need tips please... The daft thing is that in the past there has rarely been a day go by when I didn't see odd bits of copper lying around in the street* but now that I'm looking for it to pick it up, it's not there!!! Has anyone got any recommendations? I sort of assumed that outside takeaways and near parking meters would be good but no joy...

Ok, so it's only been a day but I had grand visions LOL

*thinking about it now, seeing money just laid around in the streets even if it is just pennies and not picking it up just seems so STUPID! Why would anyone throw money away!!! Duurrrr...

Right, I have been back through the last few pages of the thread to try to come up with a group total and this is my best computation:

Total roadkill by 17 rebels: £113.56
This equates to £6.68 per rebel!

Total w/r income between 2 rebels: £98.17
This equates to £49.09 per rebel.......anyone else wanna get serious about receipts!!
