Morning all. WMx 1 done, TDx 1 on. Have been to the tip with MiL and got rid of a car full of stuff. DH and I have moved the ottoman downstairs and I have emptied it. It's now ready to hold the school bags.
DH not happy about having the ottoman in the hallway. We need somewhere to store bags and somewhere else to store shoes. Any ideas? We have the ikea Leksvik coat and hat rack.

Am going to have to sort this infernal computer out today too as it's popping up adverts left right and centre.
Am also decluttering some recorded programmes from the sky box.
    TTFN xx

Still to do; Hoover kids rooms
    Empty and stack DW
Charity shop for books and other ottoman treasures
People over the road are having some plastering done and the plasterer happily accepted the packet of plasterboard beads I offered him.
MiL was saying to put them in the loft- WHY?! We've done all our plastering. It's just leaving the problem for someone else to sort out isn't it?

Failed yesterday, didn't feel up to do anything beyond washing up. Mum is coming over today and our bedroom isn't too bad so I'll give the bathroom a quick wipe and make sure the dishes are piled up tidily...it will have to do! Better to have energy to greet my mum in a messy house than tell her to let herself in and get her own cup of tea in a marginally tidier house right?
