Is it?
At what point then, does a car change from a "new" car to an "old" (wear and tear becoming present the general definition, I guess) car?
I am being serious."Part P" is not, and has never been, an accredited electrical qualification. It is a Building Regulation. No one can be "Part P qualified."

Seeing as it is only 4 months old I'd be talking with consumer direct to draft a full rejection of car as not of satisfactory quality and demanding either a full refund or a replacement BRAND new car of the same or greater specification that is not riddled with faults.
It's a honda. They are about the most reliable brand there is. If it is showing persistent faults it is a lemon or the dealership are incompetent.0 -

The consumer helpline were most helpful (08454 04 05 05). A letter has been drafted and sent. We wait and see.[STRIKE]30:22[/STRIKE]
