When we sold my Nanas house we were in no rush and wanted the most we could get for it so people came in with silly offers eventually someone paid £5k over the asking due to really wanting it. Thing is they can probably hold out for a decent price x0

The death was unexpected, a total house clearance was organised the next day, house on the market the day after, viewings the day after that.
House was on the market so quick, EA admitted he had no info re. property apart from the address and a set of keys that were dumped in his office.
 Wowsers nice family!0

If the death was unexpected, the family could be moving quickly as a coping response to the trauma. It still doesn't mean they are fair game to be taken advantage of.
Or maybe they're moving quickly before anyone figures out there's a couple of bodies buried in the garden...0

The family seem to be unfamiliar with the law on probate and the obligations of the executor.

You can gauge this by taking a look into the sky and counting the number of circling vultures.I_have_spoken wrote: ».... Single, old, natural causes - 8%<
