Well... Thanks guys :-) I've had more than a result. Parking ticket has been cancelled & the owners are terminating UKPC's services. Received an email from the owner's agent & they inherited UKPC's service in Sept 2013. Thankfully they do not like the way UKPC go about their business :-)
I wonder if that was a major reason why they cancelled my ticket!
