Hilarious. Though it was incidents like yours that cultivated my sister's switch to red wine.

I have managed to put red wine in the freezer by mistake as well before now . There is no hope !!! xx

Currently renting myself I wouldn't recommend it. We're having a nightmare with things needing fixing in this house and the LL not doing them. We've had mould growth since before Christmas and been without a shower since last weekend. If it were our own place we'd be able to fix it pronto, but it's not.

Re: wine...ick not so good :( hope you found something else to make it better instead. Maybe use that bottle for cooking instead?

Hmm.. Interesting. I wouldn't go on a valuation of 4 years ago..prices generally seem to have risen. I suspect there will be more scope for a deposit on a new place than you think.

I do agree with others..it does seem like you are always chasing your tails and it's stressful and wearing on the health. I would look into it. When I got a valuation earlier this year it made me realise we had options which cheered me up no end. I know Tilly did the same to help her realise her options and also that selling was a possibility if she ever needed to..

There is no commitment in a valuation, as said by a previous poster!

Sorry to hear about the house Kerri..boo to reluctant LLs!

Would it be possible for you to sell up and move to a part of the country where it is cheaper to live? I know you and your husband are self employed but have no idea if the nature of your business would allow you to do this?

I would say if you and your husband are away from home for weeks at a time but by selling the house would have the opportunity to have a better lifestyle in the process it may be best for you both.

It's not always a case of "what's right?" but a question of "what's right for you?".

Hi all, I have been a bit AWOL the past few days.

I have read all of your posts and will be back later, to reply to you all re the topics of wine and moving !!

Things have been really hectic again, hence not posting but I have just paid another £140 to THEM, so I have dropped by quickly to update my signature. Still a long long way to go though.

Got to dash..............................hope you are all well xxxx

Nope still not spent anytime together !!

One day it will happen. He hasn't been around yet, today and tomorrow he should be although today is now stacked full of meetings and tonight I am taking DD1 to and from a birthday party.

I am refusing to pander to the wants and needs of everyone else tomorrow though and intend spending the day together as a family but I don't think it will be that simple somehow ! xx

Watch this space I say ! ;) xx
