Mrs PG's Hopes & Dreams for a debt free future !

Well the ipod still hasn't been found , but I have a feeling it will appear when we least expect it !

Busy day yesterday with work, but sadly we had to turn everything down as we physically couldn't take anymore work on for this month , we need a 90 days month and three Mr PGs :eek:. How rich we would have been if that had been a possibility !!

On the plus side, we have been told that it is 99% certain that a company we are currently doing a huge amount of work with , and have been since July last year have confirmed they will need us at least for the next year if we can fit it in around our other commitments. We already have worked solidly until September but I was a little unsure how the end of the year would be, but it looks like we are pretty much sorted. This work generally fits in well with our other clients meaning we can keep most people happy !! Whoopee !!! Its a lovely feeling to know we have some form of stability for a little longer .

Mr PG will be away for some time in the summer. I am going to rework the budget during this time , our humungous fuel bill will thankfully decrease dramatically as Mr PG will be abroad and not using his car, the tutor we are paying for DD1 will finish once the GCSEs are over and we wont be feeding Mr PG. I am hoping to throw everything I possibly can during this time at the debt and the emergency funds, whilst trying to still have a nice Summer and do a few fun things with the girls. If we can possibly manage a few days away when Mr PG gets back then we will as it will be much needed by us all.

So pleased that it sounds like you won't be scrabbling around to get work later on this year. Fingers crossed for the other 1% of certainty.

Hope the re-worked budgets behave themselves and DD1's exams go smoothly. How long will Mr PG have to be away for?

He is away from May until mid August with the exception of a few days back in the country in early July, meaning he will be here for DD1s Prom The cardboard cut out of him wont be needed after all ! xx

I hope you managed to get some decent sleep after all your worries last night.

With my family it was phones. Constantly losing them. I managed to get two back after constantly phoning the number but at least 8 gone and never seen again! You can't do anything about kindles I guess. The other thing was coats. DS1 who is 27 has lost another!!:eek:

I hope she improves as she gets older but I have to admit 3 of mine haven't. And DB who is 54 is even worse than the youngsters.

We have the Kindle, shes lost a few coats, but all in all she usually knows exactly where everything is, this is why it is so out of character. DD2 is the person we all go to if we cant find something but now all of a sudden shes the one losing everything ! :eek: xx
