3 sounds like the ruby chard I get in my box. can use like cabbage, cut fine, steamed or stirfried. Has an earthy taste.

Celeriac is good raw grated in salads or make a coleslaw type salad using mayo. In Denmark they slice it thinly, coat in egg & breadcrumbs and fry.
The green leafy sounds like chard to me - treat as spinach and you can use the stalks too0 -

2 doesn't sound at all like celeriac to me, could it be kohl rabi ? How big is it, and what shape -oval, spherical ? Is it soft or hard -more info please0
