i have never tasted half of them either lol but there are recipes to click on beside each picture, might be worth us having a go at some of them

i'd definately say flossyblog sounds right!
chard makes good pesto!

3 sounds like the ruby chard I get in my box. can use like cabbage, cut fine, steamed or stirfried. Has an earthy taste.

Celeriac is good raw grated in salads or make a coleslaw type salad using mayo. In Denmark they slice it thinly, coat in egg & breadcrumbs and fry.

The green leafy sounds like chard to me - treat as spinach and you can use the stalks too

2 doesnt look like Celeriac is more grren and yellow in colour, any ideas?

2 doesn't sound at all like celeriac to me, could it be kohl rabi ? How big is it, and what shape -oval, spherical ? Is it soft or hard -more info please
