OP has a problem in that he is being invoiced the right amount in figures but in the wrong currency.
The solution is for the supplier to invoice him the correct amount in the right currency. No doubt you are right about WHMCS. But OP should not confuse the matter, it is for the supplier to sort out.You might as well ask the Wizard of Oz to give you a big number as pay a Credit Referencing Agency for a so-called 'credit-score'0 -

All they have to do is send an email saying something like "sorry about the mistake on our invoice.
Please can you ignore the value of €136.22 shown on that invoice and send us $136.22 instead."

Of course they can.

problem not solved as WHMCS is automated, so a paid invoice is attached to a clients account, so if the host does what you say then the OP account will get suspended/terminated automatically as to the system the invoice has not been paid. but even so the next invoice would be the same as the OP has now. Its not confusing the issue, it to prevent the issue happening again on the next invoice.0 -
Thanks for all the replies, quite informative and useful to know nevertheless
The error was acknowledged and the invoice on my client screen now shows it in Dollars
Many thanks all.0
