So if I put a complaint into the landowner about this harassment the chances are that this will go away?0 -
Depends upon the landowner/managing agent and how polite/assertive you are, and what your position is in all this (your position is strongest if this was a retail car park where you were a paying customer of course). Have a read of similar threads about various PPCs in the 'Successful Complaints' thread at the top of the forum.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

After the phone call on Tuesday at my workplace which I was most annoyed about and in the process of reporting thew. I have now received a 14 day legal proceedings letter. Mrs H's is having kittens right now but I am just wondering is this a new tactic of scaring me into submission? Or can they actually do this ?0 -
This is your third thread on this now, don't you realise how confusing it's going to get if you create a new thread every time you have a question? When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.
