    Hello SD.

    Hows things with you ?

( what news of the beast ?)

    Hi frequent
Well, he's onto his second door :rotfl: I got a free 2nd hand solid wood one so should take him a year or so to get it into the condition of the other one :D he's not a happy puppy at this!
For the moment he's staying with me, I was told by both rescue and pound that he would more than likely be PTS (he really doesn't like men and went for one of them) and I'd rather put up with the chaos and mess than that happen to him.
He's learning new tricks and understands the word 'toilet' and runs to the kitchen door to be let out, the other dog just looks at me! He is still an attention hog but we compromise by having a duvet at my feet so he's close but not sitting on top of me.

QOC, maybe a poll could be attached to the thread for people to vote? or like FQ said, check with his family?

(I think I'd vote for 'Elite' as Mad was an elite person!)

Not sending flowers is not an option.

People have donated for funeral flowers, I am not about to spend other peoples money on something else.

When I first saw the suggestion of "MSE" instead of "Elite", I was a bit miffed and put out, because the suggestion for the collection came from people on this board, as did most of the donations. A couple of people from the coupons board have also very kindly donated, and they approached me to do so.

However, thinking about it, I do still like the original idea of "Elite", but I am also coming round to "MSE". I also quite liked the idea of "MAD", as I thought it would have made him chuckle, but I also think that shouldnt be done without his family's say so.

So, for now, we need to decide between "ELITE" and "MSE". My personal preference is for "Elite" but I will go with what the majority say.

I'm not going to post what I was originally going to, as the thoughts of where this could end up make me feel quite :( I have spent a lot of time this week doing this and I would rather not be made to feel like I have been wasting my time.

No offence was meant by me when j agreed MSE might be more all encompassing than Elite. Sorry if you feel :(

And i did say i hadn't donated to flowers. Any decision should be made by those donors collectively

I think you've been great in coordinating it all

morrisons had them but they are £1 instead of £1.29 so the check-out machine rejected the coupon. but if you buy other goods you will get 29p off for each coupon you use.

havent tried the lovepuds yet so cant comment :)

Having a busy day getting ready to go away for a week working. Lots to do before I go. i had my 1st click and collect order for Diet Coke yesterday and first of all they substituted 8 x 12 diet coke and gaveme 2 x 24. but they overcharged me on the smaller packs and it took 2 calls to sort it. however finally 6 x 24 d coke and some cotton buds for just over £15.00 result.
Picked up my fogarty pillows from Argos and they are lovely. Also went bra shopping due to weight loss.
Going to Essex by train later and we are staying in the hotel next to lakeside shopping centre so might be able to fit in a spot of xmas shopping.
Lovely new thread by the way.

Which fogerty pillows did you get? Can anyone who got the aromatherapy pillow in the boots glitch recommend them? I have spent a fortune on pillows, buying megga expensive ones and cheap ones and still haven't found a decent one which doesn't either go really flat or isn't too hard

I wonder if it was these?

I too find it difficult finding 'fluffy' pillows that last.
