That was a good fair 😎. I made about £100 which was very nice indeed.
The stronger pills seem to be working, phew.

Thats a heartening sum to make :)  Hope you are starting to feel better and less pain is a bonus.
  • I am actually finally starting to feel a bit better. Yay 🎉🎉🎉.
Pip was off school today with a sore throat, lost voice, and those eyes that just look poorly. I'm keeping him (yep, pronoun change) off tomorrow too, in the hope that he can then face the next 3 days to the end of his term.

  • Yay for feeling better! No one wants shingles at Christmas.

Hope the pronoun change is a sign that Pip is starting to come to a resolution about his identity, and finding some inner peace along the way <3

  • Yes a decided pronoun change is a big step so hopefully it signifies next steps and a sense of happiness for him .

Ugh the shingles - glad you getting better
    DON'T BUY STUFF (from Frugalwoods)
No seriously, just don’t buy things. 99% of our success with our savings rate is attributed to the fact that we don’t buy things... You can and should take advantage of discounts.... But at the end of the day, the only way to truly save money is to not buy stuff.    Money doesn’t walk out of your wallet on its own accord.

Nice sum to make. Well done you.   Do hope the pain improves though. That is miserable. sending love
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!

Pip was off school today again, but is currently having a shower in preparation for going in tomorrow.
We wandered down to the PO to send off a parcel for my sister, and pip spotted the cmas radio times. Spent £10 on 2, eek, 16-22  Dec and 23 Dec-5 Jan . Now we can all choose a highlighter colour and colour what we want to watch or record 😎.
I'm doing an indoor market tomorrow and Thurs, the last ones for the year at each location. I'm not expecting to sell much. And tomorrow, I'll then go on to tutoring. So it'll be a long day out for me!

  • If I ever mention doing an indoor market again, please shout me down! They have proven to be a waste of my time, energy and money.
I have ambitions for tomorrow 😎. Drop pip at school, liddle shop, gentle gym session, home for several hours (much tidying up/away required), sainz shop, collect pip, home by 3 ish.

Pip has finished school but can't yet crash, poor thing. He has a stinking cold too and had 2 1/2 days off in the week but it's a lingerer. Though not covid.
I did go to the gym on Fri and had a relaxing gentle session. Then I went this morning for a slightly less gentle one. Ooph. I need to remind myself that shingles is a virus and as such , takes quite a lot of recovery.
Dh went out at 11 and will get home around 11. He's doing pa for an open mic night, so it should be enjoyable.
Pip has dance soon then a brief 30 mins or so at home before going to a friend's. Then a group are heading to the big smoke for a ghost bus thingy and will need picking up from friend's house at 10.30.
So I'll be home alone. 😎. I'll try not to eat constantly... And wrap presents instead with the telly on.
