Ooph. At 3pm I finally got confirmation that a renewal of my prescription has been sent to the chemist, so can be collected tomorrow. I hadn't realised just how tense I was until I got that news.

Thank you everyone for the lovely well wishes. I'm still in pain, but taking fewer paracetamol and with less stop-stabbing-a-needle-in-my-side pain. I'm so glad I pushed for more antibiotics as no way was I on the mend yesterday. I'm still waking at night in pain and the skin from my spine round to my belly button, and from my hip bone to my rib cage on the right side is still so sensitive and tender.Pip is struggling loads, not helped by me being ill. It's the time of year for overwhelming sadness that leads to suicide ideation (but no clear plan as they do want to live) and possible self harm (knives and scissors all hidden) as an alternative course of action. Add in the darkness, 3 weeks of drama performance, drama written exam, two English mocks, and 2 days of art mocks. It's tough for them.NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!2

Some good news to start the week: pip says they are feeling much better today. Phew.I'm going to go to liddle today with dh, rather excited about that. I need to use the 10% off coupon but am not fit to go alone so will be chauffeured and he can push the trolley too. And pip's art teacher brought in chocolate for everyone, and had got free from nomo choc for pip. She's wonderful!Shingles. That's what I reckon I have. It's blimmin' painful.
