I feel suitably praised and honoured! Many thanks to all the small creatures who I did not eat today...
My last day in the building has been done for the term. Much kahoot playing was earned by a couple of groups. Some admin got done instead of suffering from postponementitis. I coincided with dd for the last bit of the journey home and we entered the house to discover dh watching a cbeebies prog about motorbikes :D.

That's a lot of garden space you've got back, though :) won't the neighbours help you with the transport a bit?  But its lovely to think you're almost on holiday!  Yay!

Yes, the neighbours will help. We'll need 2 people who are substantially taller then female neighbour and me, to get to over the fences. It's not heavy, but there's no need to dismantle it when all we need is height!
    Dd has finished school. Phew.
I did my online CPD sessions this morning and they were all surprisingly good, positive and useful ones. Let's hope they keep to 40-60 min sessions from now on...

    Wow! April already!
I started the day by deciding to trot down to the tram and get that up to liddle. Half way there, I realised I didn't have a mask so had to trot back home. Then I opted to get the bus to the tram! Liddle went well -got cottage cheese, mango and a pretty sub-standard veg box (I chose the best of a poor bunch, having already paid for it). But it did contain bok choy, lettuce, 2 heads of garlic, cherries, 4 big apples, 3 aubergines, a tiny pear and 2 small nanas, so I guess it wasn't too bad really.
Dd woke up happy and relaxed. She saw the orthodontist at 11 and had her brace all tightened up.
Home for lunch and then a walk in the sun to aldee and sainz to get some Easter eggs for her friends. Plus a mag for dd. And a book and a couple of packs of 75% cocoa choc buttons for me for Easter.
Up at the shops, we were looking in the (best) ch shop window and the manager came out and said he could sell us anything we wanted that we could see in the window or even from the door. Awesome! So I bought a pale blue tin VW beetle and an owl planter (to plant up for a friend's bday in June) all for a fiver.
We're now watching Mary and the witch's flower.

They must have been in getting ready for the reopening on 12th!   How lovely.
Our 0xford Famine Relief shop has closed for good, our Concern for the Aged charity shop and cafe has closed and they are selling their building and no longer providing Granny day care - I thought they owned it as it seemed purpose built,  but apparently not.   You know it is bad when the c/shops have to close!

The climbing frame has gone up the hill to the neighbours. Took 4 of us to manoeuvre it and I swear I was carrying all the weight half the time...!!!
    The garden now just looks w r o n g.
I think various charity shops will be closing f0xh0les. So sad. But I'll give my custom to as many as I can!!!!

Yep, space in the garden sounds great - you'll soon get used to it, I promise - my garden looks so different, much airier, the plants are healthier too, even with what I did last year :)  That's a bit of a worry about the charity shops though :( I suppose they'll try again, or new charities will come, but yes, its really something when the charity shops can't stay open.  Nice purchases, love the sound of the planter :)
