I'm ashamed to say how few I've done today :o. Still, back to normal tomorrow I hope :T.

Oooh!!! All this fitbit talk. Mines on charge - I wore it out today.

Apple there is no way I can do lunges. My wee back cannot take a single one unfortunately. The best I can do with a weight overhead is dropping it down behind my head to work my >insert arm muscle group here< - and then do bicep curls. But I am working up towards it.

Next conundrum is, have been given a private physio's details, on the street next to mine, by the NHS although she is decidedly private practice. My work health plan can pay for some of it. But had geared myself up to ring her, decided to go check out her place of work and as I looked at her name on the door, and it said 'Physiotherapist' I suddenly realised I've spoken to her week on week for the last few. She is a client of my workplace and I have been dealing with her recently :o - I know the ins and outs of her financials. I'm not sure how she would feel about that. I don't feel very comfortable with it really. Sure beats the dodgy osteo though... :rotfl: xx

Conundrum indeed! Will she be a long-term client? Will she know it is you dealing with her as she contorts your limbs?

And why are you up so late, young lady???

Hi Al - wheat free is mandatory - if I don't keep off all gluten, my immune system will attack and eat away the lining of my gut and I'll end up ill. Tis a no-brainer!

And I have achieved another grain and sugar free day. Been even more tempted at home today. Tomorrow I'm not at work, gulp, so will require even more self-control...I'm taking a friend out for her bday on Friday - just to a coffee establishment - butit will have to involve eating sugar and grains as I can't sit with my black coffee and watch her eat cake!! Now, if I can just keep off the poisons until then...

4 more bunnies cut out; 4 other bunnies have had their legs attached and eyes and noses done, but are still needing their arms finishing.

In an attempt to cross off a few items from tomorrow's list, I have fully swept downstairs, watered the plant pots and washed up. There'll be more washing up tomorrow as I couldn't fit it all on the drying rack, but a lot less overall.

    Go me - over 10k steps by 10am :j.

Dropped dd off at cheerleading and had decided to 'nip' to sains to buy her gf bread. The bus stop monitor said 5 mins till the bus would come, so I walked - and beat the bus (yay!). The only product NOT on the shelf was the particular beard we need, and having asked at cust services, they'd need a while to hunt it down. No time! Now I had to leg it back for the Giant Walking Bus with dd's school. As I exited sains I saw a bus go, so had to walk. Just made it and off we went around the block, then off I trotted to the coop where they had the bread. Phew.

I still need to go back up to the shops to do the main food shop! But not just yet...

4 bunnies have had their bits ironed and pinned, all ready to sew.

Have dropped off letter at the dr (got the bus this time), popped into 2 ch shops and acquired a lovely joy-sparking blue fleece (purple one can now go), did aldee and caught the bus back. Forgot to deposit the cheques, but another one has arrived from ziffit, so will try to do them all tomorrow.

Have also downloaded the info for filling in my expenses claim for the moderating, AND printed them out. That's a job for after lunch. First, fill my tummy with grain and sugar free real food.
