Dd currently asleep IN HER OWN BED - number 3 now! Leaving me free to try to scare away Mr Squirrel who wants to move in to the loft...NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0

Got an 8 foot bamboo stick and used it to bang the guttering near where Mr Squirrel wishes to reside (not from the ground, mind you; from the upstairs window!). It gave him a surprise and he has since been up and down various times removing 'things' and taking them elsewhere. Result.
Will also give him a knock tomorrow, jsut to be sure he has vacated the premises...
Cut out 4 bunnies yesterday and have sewn up and turned all bits the right way round. 8 limbs stuffed. Now off to bed and I'll get the duvet all to myself - yippee!NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0 -

LOL poor Mr Squirrel!!! Bless him, although I totally understand why you don't want him as a houseguest!!
Yay for DD. How long did she manage?!Hope you both slept well!
40 crunches with 5kg weight on my chest today. Barely feeling it, but my coccyx couldn't take any more. really need a yoga mat!

I'll have none of this 'poor Mr Squirrel' malarkey, please. He is a PEST of the highest calibre!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And he went straight up the wall of the house behind and DISAPPEARED into their loft. He obviously had a second home.
Lilt - DD sleeps through unless poorly, so once asleep, all is well. It's just the getting to sleep bit that's the tricky part.
As well as crunches, try holding the weight straight overhead and do foreward lunges. 40 would be amazing... (now there's a challenge for you...)NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0 -

That's what not having a meal between meals does for you...!NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0 -
I think that I can state that I have had a successful grain free and sugar free day. I have been sorely tempted, but have not caved in. Go me!
The freezer has been de frosted. Or rather, de-iced as it was giving the polar regions a run for their money. Done in a very non-mse way, using the fan heater, it still took almost an hour.
I was talking to a fellow fitbit user at work and we both 'fessed up to pacing around last night, so get the numbers up. I didn't get out for a walk today so came home with a rather low number, but keeping busy and doing little jobs that involved going up and down the stairs (eg: to give Mr Squirrel a knock to see if he was in. He was out galivanting elsewhere. Long may that continue) has paid off and I'm on 9.5k. So once dd is asleep, I shall be pacing up and down in my MBTs. Depending on how soon she goes to sleep, I'll either make it to 10k or 11...NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0 -
