Drivers here
PSC1LE
For the Wireless Driver, look here
You 'll need to unzip the contents to a Folder on the laptop and then go to the Device Manager, right click on the entry within Network Adaptors pertaining to the Wireless LAN and choose to Install/Update Driver. Follow the Wizard and choose to install the Driver by pointing it to the contents of your newly unzipped folder.I see only one Chipset Utility
Sorry HereToday,
I have the Chipset Utility as that was one of the drivers in the Tosh set.
But the Wireless Driver link above takes me to an Atheros page where after clicking Wireless Drivers I'm presented with a table of drivers that are allocated according to the chipset. I don't know what chipset I have.
Thanks,

Thank you so much for all your help HereToday, closed, NiftyDigits, GlasgowTech and anyone else I've missed.
I'm now enjoying the pleasure of writing this on my laptop. And yes closed, I have made a disk image back up!!!
The number of updates has been horrendous but all done for the time being.
Thanks ever so much again for your patience and assistance.
All the very best,

Well I could cry!
The laptop has been getting progressively hotter during use since Monday and the heat seems to come from the HDD area and particularly the area where internally a thick copper wire runs (I can see part of it when I remove the HDD). This afternoon the HDD started 'ticking' when I was saving some info and keeps shutting down.
I've had enough and have a new HDD so inserted it thinking I could use my W7 disk and the Macrium DVDs created on Monday.
Well the W7 disk worked but I can't get the Macrium back up disks to work/be seen/acknowledged. They were specifically system image disks and there are four of them.
My WD external drive that has only ever been used for laptop back ups has something called a system image back up on it but I don't know how to get that to transfer either.
Can anyone advise me please?
Thanks in advance,

The macrium backup should have been done to an external drive, along with creating a boot cd.
You may as well just reinstall w7 again, or
