    ziggy - great make.

I had a kneeling pad that was falling to bits. I reused the filling/added some extra and sewed a new inner. I made two removable covers for the kneeling pad as it will get grubby on the floor. I have a mucky Mr F and a large dog.

Had a few friends ask me for scrabble frames

Where do you get your scrabble letters from please? Have had a look on ebay and amazon and they seem quite expensive, and I'm thinking that you'd need quite a selection to make all the scrabble names. I fancy making one for my daughter and son-in-law to be for their wedding.

Love your new makes too xx

Have now finished the remaining Menu cards for wedding, and I will sort out the inserts tomorrow or Thursday.

Painted the base for the Mr & Mrs letters and put some gems on it the same as on the letters. Looks very effective, picture tomorrow.

Boosted my total by 16 today - 15 menu cards and 1 base.

    Total now = 378 out of 500

Wow, everyone has been so busy since I've been awol!

I finally have reclaimed my craft room - all decorating done in spare room. Now it's just our bedroom that is a repository for everything we've not put back yet/have no intention of putting back/need to find a permanent home for/need to throw out.

I bought - Shhhhhh! Dont, tell anyone! - a couple of cushion pads and made cushion covers. Just envelope style. They are for my DD. She claimed a pair of curtains from our loft for her new home. There was another pair the same, so that's what I've used.

There's enough fabric left for another couple, even allowing for fussy cutting, but if she doesn't want any more, I'll make it into morsbags. It's stash that will be busted!

I can't remember whether it was on this thread or on Soulie's, but thanks to whoever mentioned the Little Yellow Duck project. It sounds like fun for a great cause so I've started my first duck.

Talking of ducks, I love your bird pincushion Florenceem.

My first Little Yellow Duck - I'm pleased to announce he has a friend now. I'm not going to get rid of much stash doing these wee fellas lol, but they are fun and quick and keep my hands busy when watching tv ;)

I'll be letting them loose in the big bad world very shortly, so a teeny tiny amount of ex stash will be leaving this house. :)

Florenceem - love the kneeling pads, I have some cushions that we used to use on the garden chairs, I may recover them in fabric as kneelers for my sis-in-laws that do lots of gardening (at the min they are taking up valuable shelf space). Thanks for the inspiration :)

GreenTiger - Love the Yellow duck - he's so cute

Just dropping in to declare a few more makes towards my target, 4 pics from facebook:

Earlier than expected I can report in with a few more makes:

Moon & Back pic for pre-school leader
    Scrabble Word Art
    4 more Map Coasters
mini canvas - birds on wire

I fiund some leather shapes/pieces in a drawer that I bought off a lady many moons ago, so have constructed them into their relevant animals and will be using them in some way over the next week or so, I already have one in mind for another canvas (I cant believe how many blank canvases I have stacked in the attic - I cant draw or paint - so why? :o)

I can slowly see the stash decreasing, very s-l-o-w-l-y :rotfl:

    Hope you've all had a good day/week.

Night all, keep up the great work :T
