Debt Recovery Plus Ltd.

Sorry for yet another thread about this, my first, situation a little different.
Parking charge date 09/07/2013
Location MOTO lancaster northbound.

Basically this is the first letter I have received about this charge, nothing from the creditor CP Plus Ltd.

The 'contravention' was while I was waiting for the RAC with a holed radiator hose.
I believe previous practice was to ignore these but I believe this has changed.
The other factor is I live in Scotland.
Lots of advice states ignore if in Scotland but I assume this is regarding the 'contravention' not my residence.

I also notice that this did not arrive 'signed for' so how do I know or they know that any other has been sent?

Sorry for the 'same stupid questions' again but circumstances seem to be a little different.

No not really, you are safe as registered keeper as POFA 2012 doesn't apply to you and any small claim attempted would be 'out of jurisdiction'. Just don't ever say who the driver was nor imply it, if you decide to do a 'cease & desist' response.
