Not for a very long time - and there are 4 of us supposed to be getting them.
Another John Lewis lie - rather like Never Knowingly Undersold.0 -

I thought they'd stopped doing it but then I saw a big advert for it in their Liverpool store, I thought that as they made a loss last year they may have scrapped it.
Just seen this on their website "free hot drink and cake from our
in-store restaurants, at least three times a year", guess they've cut back.0 -

Cut back is one way of putting it - advertising something which you've no intention of delivering is another way of putting it.
John Lewis used to be a fine company, and you could absolutely rely on its promises. Now you can't trust it an inch, as this and the frequent failure to operate the 'Never Knowingly Undersold' policy show very clearly. No wonder the CEO's off to something he maybe sees as having a better future!0 -

She may turn things around and take it back to how it used to be, she's been with them long enough to know how they used to operate. We must be positive0 -
Had 1 during the summer. Our store asks for your card0

I get vouchers on a regular basis - at least one for each month. No idea why, but I'm delighted with the offers (cake and hot drink, soup, ice cream, freebie such as a box of chocs).Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!0

I got 2 this year. In each case I popped in for my cake and was told I was too early - there was a 'from xx/xx/16' date around 6 weeks in the future.
Of course by the time I remembered the vouchers again, they'd expired.
I swear they do this deliberately.....0 -
We all got the hot drink and cake vouchers yesterday for Dec, Jan and Feb0
