Free Hot drink and cake every month @ John Lewis

I was beginning to think I wouldnt be getting any vouchers as people had reported receiving them a few weeks ago, but I have now received one hot drink and cake voucher valid until 15 Jan and a £5 off £50 spend voucher. Havent spent in JL for a few months, so cant complain, but there appears to be no logic! Out of the 3 others in my household only one other received the same voucher as me and the other two received nothing.

Got 6 vouchers in post yesterday
2 x hot drink and cake
2x hot drink and cake. OR bowl of soup and bread
1 x hot drink and cake OR exclusive JL Christmas cracker
1 x free desert or glass of prosecco ( Oxford st or Newcastle stores)

Strange I have had other vouchers recently and have not bought anything at JL, and my wife has purchased several items but has not received any vouchers!

I called them in July as I'd stopped receiving emails even though I'd not opted out. Was told by the lady on the phone I was still opted in so no reason that I wasn't receiving them and that I'd get my vouchers Sept/Oct time.

My Mum had her VOUCHER the other day and I didn't get mine, I therefore called again only to be told this time I was opted out - as others have said there seems to be a problem with their systems as I've not opted out. She's opted me back in and I was told the last lost of vouchers are going out 6th October and she'll add me to that batch so I should have something by the end of the month.

I'd recommend checking with them if nothing arrives soon - particularly if you've stopped receiving their emails as I had...

I received some earlier this week; only one cake voucher this time, valid for months and months. I think the other was a prize draw entry or something, nothing exciting.
