    Do you have to show your card aswell as the voucher?
    Or do u just give them the voucher?

    Usually no - though occasionally someone gets officious and demands to see the card. There's nothing in the T&C (so far as I can recall) entitling them to do that, and they'll usually back off.

    The silly thing about this is that this just encourages me not to spend in JL. There is nothing there that I would actively go to JL to buy anyway, so I may as well buy elsewhere (most probably cheaper) and get the cake as well. Is it a reward scheme or an encourage customers scheme? They are "rewarding" the wrong people.

    Right, I've just sent them another email complaining that I haven't received any rewards in 2015 as my account opted itself out of marketing when I had to change my password. Hopefully they will send me extra vouchers like they did wacko15!

    TBH it is their loss I only bother getting mine when I take the wife there if I don't go I save money and time :)
    I started with nothing and I am proud to say I still have most of it left.

    Does anyone know if they accept the vouchers in the expresso bar and can you get it as takeaway. I don't want to waste my voucher but I am only on a quick trip into Nottingham next week before my holiday.

    I normally use my vouchers to get a takeaway either on my way home or at lunch time. Never had an issue.
