My wife got this today but I still have nothing!

DH got a Prize Draw ticket, one drink and cake voucher and £5 gift voucher when you spend £50. I got nothing and not had anything since October.

I got the same but did spend money in John Lewis. Guess it's another luck of the draw deal. Doesn't really bother me- I rarely go for the coffee as I find them a bit too small and like really weak coffee with soya and extra hot...I feel like a bit of an idiot explaining how I would like my coffee for what is so small and I don't take any cake, long story but to say that the cake is wasted on me!

The last time I used a voucher must have been before Christmas and after explaining what is essentially a very weak coffee with a bit of soya milk because I was cold and I didn't want any cake thanks, the assistant seemed to take pitty on me and after offering me just about every other food item bar the hot food menu, gave me a larger size of coffee and then didn't take my voucher! The queues are a bit much when I visit and I'm normally in a hurry so don't tend to use the vouchers.

I wasn't that disappointed; free coffee isn't bad but as I rarely take up the offer I don't really feel I've lost out on anything as they don't feel aimed at me.

I haven't had any vouchers for ages :(

They unsubscribed me from the emails and I ticked the box to receive emails again but haven't had anything in the post since.

Will have to drop them an email and see if they can help.

Mine came y'day, just the one tea & cake voucher, one for a prize draw and one for a £5 voucher on a £50 spend.

Mum got the same as me again, hopefully they'll send an extra one in a few weeks like they did with the Easter treat.

Shouldn't be ungrateful for something that's free I know but I'm missing the regular monthly treat :(

Just checked mine and low and behold it also has been opted out, have no idea how. My wife's had not been so if you're not receiving vouchers check this see if it makes any difference.

I sent them feedback asking about vouchers yesterday see what comes of it.

Yeah, that's what happened to mine at the beginning of this year - I logged in to John Lewis and it said I need to update my password and it seemed to have removed my My John Lewis card and opted me out of all the benefits!

Obviously a bug in the system as my friend didn't have this happen to her.

How long have you had a JL account? I've had mine since 2007.

I emailed them earlier asking them to look into it for me.

Only since last year as my wife like JL thought I should not lose out on the freebies prior to that never went anywhere with a JL.

The more I have to do with John Lewis the less I trust it. Full of promises, but frequently (as with the Never Knowingly Undersold policy) fails to deliver on them:

At least three times a year? Really? :rotfl:
