Perhaps they are now experimenting with sending single vouchers? Certainly the last two mailings I have had have included just one voucher each time.

I haven't had a voucher for ages. Do you need to keep using the card to qualify? I keep forgetting to take mine out. I have so many cards to lug around!

Yes, possibly - I meant just one voucher last year and one voucher this year.

Nobody knows. There must be some kind of system for sending out the vouchers, but nobody's managed to work out remotely what it is!

There are 4 cards in my immediate family, and it seems to make little if any difference who spends what, on which card, and whether anything at all is spent. All 4 cards produced the same vouchers (3 completely non-spending) earlier in the year.

As previous posters have said, JL changed the settings on my account to no contact. After a period of no vouchers I have changed them back and now am waiting to see if some will arrive.

I had a voucher on Monday. I was super excited as I have had nothing for 6 months. This voucher is for a £10 gift voucher when you spend £100 by 6th July. Boo I just wanted some cake!
