I've been getting emails okay quoting my membership number oka so defo not unsubscribed.
I placed an online order via my account okay just after Christmas too.0 -
John Lewis have had an issue relating to linking online and my JL accounts.
I was asked to choose a new password. Under "Account" it says thanks for being a my John Lewis customer. Yet when I actually click on the link to find out about the benefits, it invites me to sign up for my John Lewis.0 -
I have not received any vouchers yet despite receiving the email or was it a letter saying they were on their way a while ago.
So after reading through the thread I decided to check if my account was still active and went to log in only to find my password wasn't working.
So I requested the forgotten password email and had to set up a new one that contained at least one upper and lower case letter, a number and was at least 8 characters.
My previous password did not meet the new criteria so perhaps that is why I was forced to create a new one.
I checked my preferences and they were still correct so I should still get the vouchers.
So others it may be worth checking your password is still working!
Fingers crossed as I give our vouchers to my 90+ Grandmother and her neighbour to use and they really like the treat and trip out (and yes I do buy stuff from John Lewis as well).0 -
The ones on eBay went for £12.50 + £1 P&P. Four vouchers, though:
X1 voucher for 1 regular size hot drink and cake. Valid 01 February - 27 February 2015.
X1 voucher for a regular size hot drink and cake OR John Lewis chocolate eggs. Valid 01 March - 27 March 2015.
X1 voucher for a regular size hot drink and cake. Valid 01 April - 24 April 2015.
X1 voucher for a regular size hot drink and cake. Valid 01 May - 29 May 2015.0 -
Well I am having my last one today. I had dec, jan and feb vouchers. My husband hasn't had any for a while. I will enjoy it.0

Still awaiting mine - hopefully they'll be here in the next week of so as email said mid Feb.
No issue with the passwords on My John Lewis login for either mine or my Mums accounts and still getting emails so shouldn't be any cause for concern.0 -
I've just received a single hot drink and cake voucher valid until 27th May.
The covering letter says: "The more you use your my John Lewis card when you shop, the more you'll enjoy exclusive rewards."
Needless to say, I don't shop there very often and will probably do so even less without the incentive of a free drink and cake each month. I'm all for rewarding good customers, but think they are missing a trick by not encouraging less-good customers to visit regularly.0 -

I've always seen the coffee and cake as a loyalty thing, a bit like the tesco clubcard and all the others and not an incentive. I do most of the spending in JL but as most of its stuff for the house which my husband gives me money towards I occasionally use his card hoping he will continue to get the reward, it is usually small stuff though and only every few months, think the last thing I got was a plant pot for £6 in the sale.

This would be fine if it were true. There are 4 cards in my immediate family. One has a fair bit spent on it, one occasional spending, and the other two nothing. All 4 cards received exactly the same vouchers.
I wonder if distance from the stores might be a factor their software takes account of?0 -
I agree its nothing to do with customer loyalty, I've bought my DH a tablet and DS a TV recently from them and got just the 1 voucher through ,just like my DH did, who has bought nothing with his card!!Its a bit of a poor offer .......:(0
