The randomness continues. My wife is getting vouchers (email received) and I am apparently not (no email). We have spent the same amount of money, same products, used the same amount of vouchers.... work that out!

Have you checked your account recently? I logged on to my John Lewis account and it made me create a new password and I didn't have a reward card attached to my account any more. So I had to sign up for that again. Will have to see if I get any vouchers. Not sure what happened there. My settings said I'd opted out of emails and if I did that my reward account would cease but I wouldn't have done that.0 -
Thanks for mentioning that Locky - this was on my account when I logged in:
Your security is really important to us, so we’re updating our password security rules to give your account the best possible protection.
To make your johnlewis.com account more secure, it's best to use a different password from what you use on other websites.
Very poor conduct of John Lewis to kick loyal customers off the my John Lewis scheme without the basic courtesy of a notification.0 -

Crabman, yep, that's the message I got when I logged in and, on checking, I wasn't signed up to their emails any more, even though I selected that option originally. I haven't had any messages telling me to update my account or change my password. Think I'll email them and see what's going on!
My friend received the above email and told me about it so that's what made me check. We both signed up for the scheme at the same time – in fact, I told her about it – so I dunno why I've had problems and she hasn't.0 -

I have just updated my password as well.
I phoned and asked if it was necessary to reapply for a card but was told it was not necessary providing you opt in for emails.
There is also a recorded message on 03456100312 option 3 about reducing the free drinks/cake and saying there will be other awards which will be based on how often you shop.
I think it is just a case of wait & see what happens now.
As they are freebies we may have to accept it was good while it lasted.0 -
Some vouchers have appeared on Ebay with the option of a chocolate egg or the drink and cake over easter.....0

The tote bags didn't go down a storm, the Liverpool store had so many left they were giving them away to MyJL members who were making a purchase when it started to get closer to Christmas.0 -

I was surprised about that - I love my Monty tote. I was pleased to get another one when offered later0 -

Ah but cake and a drink or a bag? I went for the coffee and cake and a couple of weeks later still got the tote bag free0
