I think someone needs to inform this website that their facts are not quite straight. U are allowed a regular hot drink which does not include the luxury hot chocolate

I don't get it. You believe a post by a random person on Facebook, but not the John Lewis site itself? I can see it all ending in tears.

DD got a luxury hot chocolate a couple of weeks ago when she was with me, we were told it only applied to a small one but had no trouble getting it, guess its down to whoever serves you.

I regularly have the luxury hot chocolate with my vouchers - I've been having it for the last few months.
It says any hot drink.

U are lucky that u are getting the "any" drink vouchers. I got them for the first 6 months but then the voucher says "regular". But as we discuss on this forum everyone gets something different.

Is there confusion as the statement about 12 vouchers and luxury etc is on a link to SMS website and not John Lewis' site. The blurb may be correct or not, depending on who is doing a synopsis.

I'd take the blurb with a pinch of salt, the website are looking for people to click through their link and they'll probably get cashback, it is partly true I had 9 coupons on the run so maybe someone did get 12.

They never seem to take much notice of the vouchers in my local. The luxury hot chocolate only comes in one size & not regular or large so I've never had any problem.


Does it say anywhere what their definition of a regular hot drink is?
