It does include the luxury hot chocolate as it comes in two sizes, for the first 6 months I got the large version as my vouchers said "any hot drink" and then downsized to the regular version once I got the vouchers that said "any regular hot drink".0 -

I don't know if your store has a menu board but it is clear from mine that the luxury hot chocolate is available as a regular drink (2 prices regular and large).
I wonder if they are getting confused at your store between luxury and large. It is not the most expensive regular drink either, there is from memory a coffee that is 10p/20p more. Hope you get yours.
ps I ask for a regular luxury hot chocolate if that's any help.0 -
When DD had hers they put it in a normal sized tea cup, I had a latte and they offered to make that large if I paid the extra 30p or something like that.0

Well last time I asked they said no to luxury but ok to the std hot choc. I usually have my lively 3 year old with me but tomorrow I have him for an extra preschool session and will be shopping on my OWN.:)
My mum has commented on them being a bit more awkward in my store. She gets the fruit scone and a separate jam and cream in her JL but she came to ours they charged her extra for the jam and cream. They have the ready made scones but they are not as nice as the fruity ones0 -
Hello, sorry if this has been asked before but I signed up for one of the jl cards and got 3 vouchers for a coffee and cake and I used the last one last month.
Since they ran out I've not received anything else, do you only get three?0 -

Most of us have had our vouchers stopped and we all had an email or a letter with the vouchers (the vouchers are attached to a letter which you tear them off from) explaining that during the Christmas season there is a huge rush on coffees and etc so they decided to stop sending out vouchers during this time.
They sent out to some a single voucher which you could use either to claim one last coffee or a tote bag but that went out in around October, since then nothing. There are a few who did continue to get vouchers for cake and coffee; no one knows why some and not others as there seems no rhyme or reason, some households even finding there were differences between those within their family, others who spent nothing had vouchers others who spent a lot had no vouchers....and vice versa...really no patterns obvious anyway!
Don't feel concerned at the lack of vouchers, it's the same for most of us.0 -
My only vouchers were sent out in the summer just before I went on holiday so I could not use them - have not had any since. Not Rachmaninov

thanks for the info - I enjoyed them while they lasted!0

I'm sure come January we'll see it pick back up with the vouchers or some other incentive.
It said they need to control the footfall over the Christmas period which is what they've done with vouchers lasting for 6 or so weeks rather than for a month.0
