Mine haven't arrived yet either, the email I had said by mid Feb so not worried yet.


Maybe it goes in alphabetical or numerical order in batches.

Same here. Looks like those vouchers that are going out have already gone out from earlier comments. I'm guessing JL have weeded out a load of what they see as freelo@ders.

The daft thing is that there doesn't really seem to be an effective way for JL to sort out freelo@ders from genuine customers.

Sorry, off topic, but ....

"!!!!!!!!!!s" doesn't seem to have been allowed since the Spring of 2008 but was earlier than that.

I think they go out in batches....

Others always get there before mine but I still get them - I've not had mine yet but I am expecting some as I've had an email saying they'll be with me by mid- February.

Up to you, of course, but you might want to check to make sure they haven't deregistered you (some have been, apparently). All the emails and cards sent out mentioned mid-February, but the vouchers went out last week. Sadly, they're already appearing on eBay.

Yes, check that you don't need to enter a new password and that this option is unselected in 'Communication preferences':
