i bought a paper aeroplane for my son and it cost me 75p. There is plenty of cheap nik naks you can buy. For 3 of us to cake and coffee today the bill came to £16. So dont mind buying the odd thing and using my JL card

Yes, that is right at first you get 6 and a JL card. Then I assume in future it will be 3 at a time.

Not received mine either yet - however hubby and mum have had theirs a week now and they joined after me.

Will hang on a bit (as not ready to hit a JL yet) and may email if no sign of them in about a week.

Do contact them sooner rather than later.
I was concerned that the envelope they arrived in had Vouchers emblazoned on the back clearly identifying what is there.

Emailed John Lewis. Got this reply:

'Thank you for your email regarding your My John Lewis vouchers.
These are currently being sent out and you should receive them very soon.'

I Just called as we have a card each and I have had no vouchers yet and my card is the one that does not get used.


I explained my card does not get used, I was told everyone (he did say "at the moment") will get vouchers even if the card is not used.

He said they are still going out and if they have not arrived by next Wednesday to call again.
