Sorry to bump an old thread! I just got my first voucher through the post, does anyone know if these can be used in Waitrose Cafes? Also do you get sent a new voucher every month?

No only in the JL cafes in store, the ones operated by JL. It varies how often you get them.

I tend to get a voucher about every 6 months although the latest wasn't much good as only for use in 1 store which isn't my nearest, it is one about 30 miles away so not likely to go there when I have one much nearer (about 10 miles from here) which I visit frequently.

2 shop at John Lewis (online and instore).
