Good luck vibes for Valli and Soappie.
Relationship healing vibes for MMM.
Pigpen I think you can only do so much. I'm never sure that being with my animals on that final part of the journey does them any good at all, in view of the fact that I am always in floods of tears. Each time I want to get it absolutely right for them and end up letting them down by being over-emotional. I couldn't not be there though, so I am going to learn to control it. Eventually.
Had a great experience today followed by a chastening one. The positive - I sold eleven different card designs to someone whose opinion I value because he has a card shop - yay! I then took myself off to M&S to get some lacy vests to go under a crossover cardigan and for the first time in a very long time I saw myself unclad in a full length mirror. There was considerably more of me than I realised. Yeuch.
Tidying is about as much flying as I can manage today. Very tired after rather too much red vino last night. *thinks* This may be the cause of the excess Honey Bear.Better is good enough.0 -
I have finished the curtains and listed one more item on fleabay, decided some is going to charity as it is not worth the hassle for the small amount on some of it.
Zara - if you read some of the drivel I type then that should put your mind at rest! The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
I can drive the drivel too
Just put the wee ones to bed, little eyes on stalks, both of them. Doesn't bode well for the start of a new week
Had a wee chat with DS, asked if he still felt cross, and yes he does, says its because DH isn't here :A bless him. So, I told him we do fee cross sometimes and that's ok, but we can't hit or push anyone. He agrees, so we've decided when he's cross, he will come and tell me he needs to be a dinosaurthen we practiced our loudest roars. He was giggling like anything by the end of that
so that is our new trick to get the "crossies" out!
I've even ironed his uniform. Did I say I could do drivel too?Bossymoo

Thankyou Mrs M-P; my knitty joy was short lived when I spilled cider all over it last night  I washed it his morning and although it smells a lot better, it seems to have stretched a fair bit, will wait until it's fully dry before I pick up needles to make a smaller second one.
You've also reminded me that in the past I have made a lovely roast veg plait with puff pastry; I'm trying to convince OH that a meal without meat isn't the end of the world and this may help get him on sideI used to hide those mini mozzarella balls in it to give it a bit of cheesy goo but I realise that's not much help for vegans.
Ironing all done, we had roast at lunch time so an easy dinner of sandwiches awaits later for those that need it. No work for me tomorrow so I'll get stuck into the non-laundry chores then.
id got some of that free from vegan cheese in the fridge so i did put some of that in, it tasted really good, it was basically 3 peppers, 3 courgettes, and a red onion, chopped and fried, then put onto some filo and rolled into a strudel shape, (with a layer of the cheese in the middle) vegans said they will be happy with that christmas day and even Dh whos veggie said hed like it as a change to the usually mushroom tarts.
hope your hat can be salvagedSPC~12 ot 124

:A thank you
He is a good boy really. In fact, no one ever believes what he can be like because in public he is the most angelic little creature. He just struggles (I expect most kiddies his age do!) with handling over excitement and frustration (actually I know a lot of older folk who do too) bless him.
Frog chewed - have emailed my big bro and told him I'm not wasting £30 each posting parcels to them (max 2kg as well!) so either give me the web address of a delivery store in his location, or accept the dollars and choose their own presentsBossymoo
