    Its easily done Zaza :)

I didn't end up going out to buy a gift as DD has decided to be poorly so we are not going tomorrow now which means i can Iron instead.

We had our Sunday dinner today as I thought i was out tomorrow so it will be a chilled out day tomorrow.

I am going to do dishes and clean the kitchen now.

We have been to Hobbycraft - My French club are making boxes for bon-bons this week (they don't know that yet) and I need some A3 card to make the boxes. And Morrisons - we keep getting vouchers in leaflets for so a bit of coupon juggling went on.

We're making the bon-bons next week (marzipan stuffed fruit - no cooking;)

Long time no speak and it's awful to just leap in and do a "me, me, me" but I could seriously do with some serious good luck vibes right now - the sort that linger for at least a couple of months...

    Thanks xx

KH was off on one again tonight.. he is going to a solicitor again.. maybe he should give me the amount the CSA agree he should if he can afford to do that.. apparently the childrens wishes are irrelevant when it comes to what he wants.. and I am.. *sob sniff* .. an idiot... my reply of 'I must be to have put up with you for so long'.. lmao.. which makes me a child.. no, refusing to give in to his bullying doesn't make me a child, it means I have grown up.. a little :p

Babies all bathed and everyone put away for the evening.

I need to make senile cat a vet appt.. I don't think he will be coming home.. unless it was actually rodent/bird entrails he was hacking up earlier.. which it might have been.. I don't think I can stay with him while the deed is done.. what do I do?!

I have been following this thread forever. I just wanted to say you are one of the strongest people on here. When the time comes you will be able to help him to go. :A

If you can look after so many people, one senile old puss will be nothing for you. Lots of hugs.

    Going back to lurking.

  • Pigpen I had to have my 3 old boy cats PTS within 13 months (I had to have the first two PTS 15 days apart). I couldn't stay with them whilst the deed was done. I said my goodbyes in the treatment room then the vet took the old boy out the back. They explained what they were going to do in order for whichever old boy it was, to pass quickly and pain free. I trusted the vets (a different vet each time, same practice) as they have proved over the years they are a very caring practice and have the animals best interests at heart.

Although I wasn't there for the final goodbye I know they passed with people who were caring and compassionate and that gave/gives me comfort.

HTH, sorry you've got to make that decision. Mine let me know they'd had enough which made it a little bit easier.

You got 'em - I hope they work. I too need some vibes right now - unfortunately; if they work they'll limit my time on here but hey...

Our lifetimes are so short yet some of us, sadly, go through awful times.
