Cracks in plaster that need EML repairing, bathroom that needs re-tiling, zig zag cracks on outside of brick wall through its mortar, missing mortar on the brickwork, front door unit wobbles badly when closed and needs replacing, massive 2 foot crack in the hard vinyl bathroom floor and the floor creaks and bounces. Big fillet missing from corner on conservatory, rotten fascia needs replacing which is caused by leaking gutter, gutter will also need replacing / fixing, only prob is conservatory is directly below it so there is no access to that part of gutter / fascia, which means scaffolding would need hiring, another big expence.... this is a very brief list of things needed repairing, there's a lot more, i just cant be bothered writng everything out as its irrelevant to the question

Based on that list you would have to be completely desperate to buy it, god knows what delightful issues you will discover if you actually did!
A house that has fallen apart that much in just a few years is not worth patching up, it would need a major structural rebuild and you'd be throwing your money away on anything less. There is no shame in not knowing; the shame lies in not finding out.0 -

Re-read the thread dumbass, Lol i've had a structural surveyor look already. Do you just skip through threads and give your input before reading properly? where am i worrying about a tv?
You are the most clueless ignoramus I have ever seen and knows zilch about house buying etiquette.0 -
The other thing , is the offer you already made was rejected and its almost certain , in the vendors eyes , the fitted kitchen and fitted appliances were ALREADY included ,so theres you rocking back in there with a higher offer , because you want things included that were already being left....... the EA is gonna love playing you like a cheap fiddle
i haven't gone back in with a higher offer or spoken about the kitchen or appliances0 -

really? Thanks for the positive input we're not all professional house buyers you know ha ha.0 -
Coming from someone who is more worried about his TV and sky box than the structure of his house
What are you worried about? missing an episode of eastenders and a football match while your without a TV for a day?
yes obviously i don't care about the structure of the house, after all, i got a structural surveyor to go over it. I personally haven't watched tv in over a decade, the Mrs watches it a bit but my little lad watches cartoons on sky all the time.0 -

yeah if i didn't live just down the road from this house i could easily be fooled into thinking there had been an earthquake ha ha0 -
We are trying to make it more worth while for us to buy so things like the vendor leaving the tv in place all plugged in ready for us to just bring our sky box in and leaving the kitchen units and built in oven and built in fridge in place in place is ideal, so we dont have to pay for sky to come re-install
Don't you have a tv at your current place? How do you watch your Sky if you haven't?!!!
Bit bizarre asking if they'd include the tv in the sale of the house........Never heard of that before.
You should ask if they are leaving the toilet seat while your at it!!!!!
I'm being serious. When we bought our house, the vendor took the bog seat with her, to our surprise. Nothing worse having a cold bare ar*e while on the loo!0 -

doesn't everyone have a bare as$ on the toilet? I hope they do ha ha. The tv is much bigger then my current one, my 32" is just too small for that larger living room.0
