yes your right! it was my mistake I know that now.. but in all fairness you would expect Vodafone to give a courtesy call to their customers to let them know etc? but they never did im going to cancel as soon as I can and find a better cheaper plan or just buy sim only as the customer service was a joke unless your wanting to buy more services that is

YOU made the mistake. YOU failed to check your bank statements.
They have agreed to repay 6 months of payments - they didn't have to do that.
You should be thanking them for their understanding and feeling a little bit embarrassed not mithering here and blaming someone else for your own failings.:hello:0 -
No what I meant was when the 2 mobiles were set up was one supposed to be an upgrade from the one that hasn't been used?
Again I've always found vodafone cs to be polite and speak perfect english.2014 Target;
To overpay CC by £1,000.
Overpayment to date : £310
2nd Purse Challenge:
£15.88 saved to date0 -
yes I think that's what happened, as the unused contract was last used july 2011 and the new contract was the same time july 2011 so must have took new upgrade, but first 1 was Vodafone shop & second was phones4u, yes they are very helpful with selling stuff over the phone but if you have a problem its different as this was my first problem with them and I noticed a change in their manners and attitude also the phone calls cut off twice?? that's weird and just after the guy was so helful trying to tell me I have this mystery contract too?? I told them I was glad calls were recorded and they would here me saying that's noise is terrible in background it sounds like a party and phone got cut off seconds later!!0

I went into a quiet room in my home to talk to them to avoid tv etc & cant hear myself talk with their party music and loud celebrations in the back ground it was not good customer services and im hoping to report all this to higher management too, as this is unacceptable behaviour from a big company like Vodafone & yes it was hard to understand some advisors as spoke to around 4 in total, love chat was better as I felt they were helping me and not trying to get rid of me like on the phone

Are you joking?!?! The company's here to make money and if you failed to cancel your contract why are they at fault?
Be grateful for what they've agreed to give back as they could have said no simple as.It's better to regret something I did do than to regret something that I didn’t. :EasterBun0 -
yes we all make mistakes!! and thats why they are paying up as they said even if I logged into online billing this would never show up as it has ended but they still never let me know or see the bill..it was sheer luck I found outTiddlywinks wrote: »YOU made the mistake. Never has the phrase "get a life" been more appropriate... if this is all you have to complain about then you are very lucky indeed.
This is a problem of YOUR making.:hello:0 -
its like stealing candy from a baby what they did... I know its my own fault but when I asked them to help sort it out, they still insisted on a 30 day written notice after all the money they had from my bank account alreadyAre you joking?!?!
