Best "It" "The" phone to have?
Options
What is the Best "It" "The" phone to have? I am a true Luddite at heart. I think it's time to upgrade and get with the times.
It does not have to be cost conscious just cost value from the place I eventually buy/lease it from.
I want it to be all singing and dancing to make my life easier.
I have being to a few shops and it all totally went over my head. I asked the store people the same question who said they are all the same. There must be "the one" which is the most desirable?
Thank-you in advance for your opinion.

Buy a gold iPhone 5S 64GB for £709 from Apple. Since this is a money saving forum, you should get a cheap SIM-only contract for no more than £10 to £15 per month. Overall the cost of buying a SIM-free iPhone and SIM-only contract is nearly always less than a bundled iPhone and service contract. The latter would be SIM-locked and would tie you in for 24 months at a high price while service prices are falling.0

Value for money wise, it's the Nexus 5 IMO0

The most desirable is usually the Bling phone of the moment and unless you are 13 whatever you have will not be IT .
Choice will be .
Apple with a very limited range .
Windows again with a very limited range .
Android with a vast range across all price points .

I was a phone luddite and in May I paid £130 for an unlocked iphone 4s. I pay £7.50 a month to giff gaff and now love the phone and it's features and love not having a contract.0 -
Oxymoron?
Sounds like it is the iphone 4s or Nexus 5 then.
I shall have a look at those then, thank-you so much.0 -
Nexus 5 without a doubt. Cheapest top range phone and a GiffGaff £10 SIM.0

It depends what you "really" need. Nobody needs every feature of a phone and your own personal requirements can help us point you in a more reasonable direction. You might hate the phones mentioned above.0

Sorry, did you think I was being not nice to you?ox·y·mor·on. Rhetoric .
a figure of speech by which a locution produces an incongruous, seemingly self-contradictory effect, as in “cruel kindness” or “to make haste slowly.”
I was questioning whether something that is "all singing, all dancing" would make your life easier, or as you are a self confessed Luddite, lead to hours of frustration.0 -

Sounds good to me. I think I am persuaded.
I have looked at other threads whom mention Carphone Warehouse has Giff Gaff superseded them then? Does Giff Gaff have the 32MG one?0
