Heads up .
For some Kit Kat has killed flash content due to some APIs no longer part of the firmware.
Browser designers are working on the problem and the paid for \Puffin Browser works as it runs flash from its own servers .

On Nexus 7 (2013), KitKat is supposed to fix the OTG bug. It hasn't on mine.

Has anyone else found that it now works? Do I need a different OTG cable to make NMI (Nexus Media Importer) function correctly?

Cable should be exactly the same.

But go ahead waste your money on a new one if it makes you feel better

You want overhyped updates? Try iOS! I haven't seen Google make a big deal out of this. They made a big deal out of the Nexus 5, sure.

Yes, cables should be the same, but they are not when it comes to OTG.

This one did not work at all. The Nexus could detect the cable but not the device attached to it.
