Hi all xxx hey well done Mrs McB on the debt bashing xxx
Thank you all for the kind words you gave Mrs McB and me last weekend... Our Darling Mum was the most amazing woman.. and is still with us with her mischeif most days
Can I be a bit selfish and grab a bit of 'me me me' time! This last week has been rather rubbish to say the least!
It started really well with going to see an awesome (well not all peeps tastes) band with my girls on saturday
got home to a text to say that a Christening of a very special little man planned for sunday had been postponedhis granny was in hospital awaiting an emergancy op, and his great gran who is seriously ill had had a fall and was being admitted to hospice on monday morning
Then made it through Sunday with all the strong emotions of the day..
I get to work at 8.30 on monday morning, open my emails to see one from a manager saying about a meeting on tuesday morning to dicuss my team being disbanded and us being placed at risk
at the meeting on tuesday we been told we will have some jobs offered us and i have 5 weeks at risk to accept one, if i dont no redundancy, if i apply and not successful i get redundancy!!
then yesterday - at uni for my partime course, and i get a text to tell me a dear friend of familys husband has passed away!!
lets just say i am feeling rather angry, sad, fed up just now... And a Huge thank you my darling Mrs McB xxx I dont know what I would do without you xxx"Aunty C McB-Wik"

Gosh wik that is a lot of emotional upheaval to hit in a very short time.
I'm afraid I have no wise words to make it all better for you. But I certainly hope that the act of writing in all down has helped you release some of the burden.
And I very much hope that in RL that you have some 'rocks' on whom you can lean, for a little while at least, as it seems you have been a rock for others in times past.
I hope those who are poorly regain their strength and fitness, and I hope you negotiate a path through your work issues that is the best for you, primarily; and that your team are settled too.
Hugs wik

Pick me pick me I'll be a rock :-) IN fact I'll be a mountain for you lass, just like you are for me.
It's been a treacly tough week for you my girl. I've so much admiration for your strength and how you're supporting others, you've always time for everyone, huge heart lass. In the midst of the tough stuff you're being a star for those around you, remember that and do take time to rant, you are allowed!
She'd be proud as punch you know, just saying.
And, given how much decluttering and spring cleaning you've been doing she is cheering you in, just like me :-)
Ps greying I see you've bagged another NSD.
Starnac I hope the tiddlers are good!

In RL the northern lights have been epic (and free)
In other RL mr me has booked us a wee hotel and were meeting up tomorrow for a nice cheeky wee dinner and a days galavanting 'over the briny'.
Will just cost me my boat ticket.
Book case and some garden clobber rehomed
All wud chopped
And I did half hour decluttering garage and have various bits for rehoming in car.
Dug out the big red gorgeous beast and gave him a clean (stoory in their cos of wood choppage) will get him in for a service/check up over next couple weeks.
And have an offer on Darwin and spares.........not as much as I'd hoped given the ace new spares he's got, so I'm mulling. On the positive it would be quite easy and helpful for the new folks too.
Night night.
Thanks for all,the good wishes and hugs given out, mucho appreciationeo.

Aww wik sorry to hear your week has been pants. No real wise words here. Just lots of hugs and like greying said I hope writing it down gave you some sort of release.
Pippi I am very jealous of the lights last night. You are so lucky to see them so regularly. Seeing them is one of the things on my bucket list. Not that I have a proper one but if I did then they would definitely be on thereGoals for FebruaryDeclutter 2/50Money Made £0/£200Overpayments £0/£2000
