Well I do like to tick a box and get a nice shiny medal so I'm afraid I'm voting on the side of 'pay it all off eat toast for a month' :D Think how good it'll feel!! :j :j

(and if you don't, you'll feel good in lots of other ways too so you win either way :D )

As for dogs having enough Bonios - they will survive, having expanded the definition of 'edible' to its very limit, and haven't they demonstrated they're quite capable of 'acquiring' treats on their own? :D I don't think they'll starve :D

    Hi there sparkly stripes!

You could go for it in June and have a hard 30 frugal days then once June has gone, all returns to normal on a clear footing.

    OR

Pay half off this month, stick to your budgets and then pay the final half off next month and then it's all over and done with!

Good luck for your move to your new life and new start onto the next chapter. I'm onto my next chapter remaining credit card free for 7 months and in credit and not overdrawn for the same amount of time. I'm overpaying on my final loan aiming to get it all paid off in the next 18 months opposed to in 23 years. Going well so far.

Paying the overdraft off was the good thing last year, splitting it up and paying off chunks month by month over 4 months and reducing the limit each time so not to use the remaining limit. you could try that on your card.

All the best and good wishes x

    Ah visitors how lovely.

You'll excuse the brevity the mover arrive after lunch.

I'm down to the last few boxes but rejigging me books.

    :)

Have a great day today and hopefully I'll tie in later.

A weekend of lots of lovely folks a calling and meal out in the toon.

Rather too much red wine, but sometimes it seems appropriate. The garden guru is a very bad influence and had a lovely evening with him and some work chums.

    :)

Laters - deep breathing everyone. Reply properly later.

Still not sure which day we 'depart' for sure but we'll see.

I knew I'd forgotten to do something Mara! Happy belated birthday to you - if you'd said TRG could have serenaded you. ;)

Well - that's the furniture gone and the garage/hoose looking awfy bare.

Still not 100% sure of departure time - depends on work/cleaning of house.

Sometime before Friday. The lawyer has requested the funds for the new house, so he's hopeful of acquiring them asap but can't do anything today as its a bank holiday in England. Note to others don't buy a house in april/may far too many bank holidays.

That's enough of a plan for now.

Must write up a 'cleaning' list and a still to do work list.

    Slowly slowly catchy monkey.

Thank you all for your kind comments/opinions regarding card. I think I will pay it off in total this month but just need to make sure there's nowt unexpected coming.

Off to find crystal ball. Unless I've packed it. :D

5-6 hours to completely clean a house from top to toe? Including ovens etc.

Elidee how kind, we do have a bed this house was partially furnished.

Today's mission is quite scary but we'll see how we get on.

    Cleaning.

    Yergh.

    Starting in kitchen.

    Coffee first me thinks.

Down the back of the cooker - surprisingly not as bad as expected, even for before 7am.

Packing the stool before cleaning the kitchen cupboards, not such a genius act.
