Where was the monitor?
Yup in the last 'it can't possibly fit in there basket wrapped up snuggled and cling files fr extra just in case-ness - yup that would be me.
No it wasn't labelled as I'm a divot but oddy all the other boxes had just what the labels said.

sending "get ye under £1k" vibes to that pesky card - I reckon you're going to do it you know, and I've not been wrong yet!
Mum2one - FANTASTIC about that ring - you clearly have an eye for such things - are you keeping or flogging? You obviously liked it enough to pay that amount in the first place so....either way, whichever suits you will be perfect! :T
Beanie - not surprised you're feeling a bit iffy - take care of you. xx
LOVED your shower curtain by the way - it was funny seeing how many of them I remembered while I was looking at it!(And how many that were actually, now, complete mysteries....remembered Lead though, and gold!)
thank you, it was weird as I was due to go to one jewellers but we were let down, - I'm going to keep it, be an inheritance for DD, - thou got to find the paperwork to collect it from the jewellers!!! I was really expecting them to say youve been ripped off, or £500 at most....
xxxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -
Hey up me ducks.
Well the boxes are all resealed. Mutters.
A pal popped round with a WHOLE HUGE handmade basket of cheese.all for me
and a hand made orkney basket. How beautiful
Some folks are just so thoughtfuljust like you lot.
Beanie I hope you're less wobbly now?
I guess EH will be in the fine lands of the Scots by now?
So I got a fair bit done today and a fair bit of unexpected stuff happenned too.
And, you'll all be so proud. I exchanged my Mr T vouchers for some T&M vouchers and bought some rasps for the garden (OK so they won't come until the autumn, but I'm OK with that as they're sort of free)
And I bought two flowers I love too which arrive sometime after we do.
Two lovely plants for the summer - verbena bonarienesis and lavender
OK I had to pay postage but all in all a good thing.
A friend dropped off some eggs and a reduced turkey joint (sweet)
and I spent £5 in the local shop on butter and bread (it aint cheap and I wasn't driving to town - silly me forgot them earlier.)
So I spent a fiver (and 4.95 postage) gained a hundred weight of cheese, 9 raspberry canes, 6 verbenas and 6 lavenders.
Oh and I had a cuppa with the lady who's written a book about growing veggies in scotland.
I was very scared as she's published but she was lovely. She's probably going to take over my course up here. She's quite new to the area and lovely so its nice to be able to help her get something fun to do up here.
Was a bit scary though - talking to someone who's written a book.Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.
