    It's not greed, it's business.
A gap was created, largely as a result of the RTB sell off, but also because of a lack of building.
Businesses will fill a gap that will be profitable.

This is the same a supermarkets selling food or energy suppliers selling energy.

The solution is to create more supply, then it creates a better supply / demand balance to be more competitive.

That's what young percy doesn't understand.

I'd be very interested to see the margins he charges in his own business.

My business has a much more ethicial stance.

I don't buy things in short supply and then try and get other people to pay for them for me.

I don't ramp prices up on a product anybody needs, if I was to raise prices it wouldn't make anybody homeless.

All the money in my business has been generated by my own hard work, not just buying an asset before many younger than me ever had a chance and doing nothing.

I have based my business on stong ethics to which I wish more did the same, if you want a more in depth look at how it is run I am happy to give you more information.

I guess the bigger question is:

Is BTL a business? it involves no skills, no training and no work.
