    Did they now send a LBCCC then? Read the LBCCC thread and follow that advice. I would ignore the debt collector now - you could always report them to the CSA after Christmas but the important thing now is to reply robustly to every letter from PE themselves.

    And it's quite likely they never sent a LBA so you should cover that too, tell them you know ParkingEye have history (which they have admitted) for not mailing out letters in May and in Oct/November:

    You do realise if you make an offer of any sort, put it in a separate letter (separate sheet of paper) headed up 'without prejudice save as to costs'. Separate from your main robust response letter telling them why they have no case and why - see the LBCCC thread.
