Parking Eye Debt Recovery Plus Stage...

Hello i have ignored the last 3 letters from PE and now it has got to this recovery stage.

The original letter accused the Driver/Registered Keeper of being around 2 mins or so in the car park at a place in Cornwall.( literally driving and driving out mainly because it was full)
They wanted £100
The first letter with the details of the claim has been misplaced :/ and have only the last one from PE and then this one from Debt Recovery, which demand £150 and to be paid by 22 nov 13 or they will recommend to the creditors solicitor that court action should be taken to..

My Question is what to do now is it a good idea to go the the CIB for help as im not sure i understand how to go about all this advice that has been given in the stickies.
Thank you in advance and im truly sorry if it has been covered already

Covered half a dozen times a day. Honestly. One keyword from Debt Recovery Plus: 'Recovery'

Put it in the search this forum heading on the right of page one of this forum and click. You will be astonished how many threads you haven't just read yet...when I just did the search myself to check, almost the entire first page of results was from the last 24 hours!

Or just read threads on the first few pages of the forum where DRP are mentioned again and again and again. Or Parking Eye again and again and again!

Seriously cannot for the life of me understand why you ignored the PCN when we haven't advised ignoring them for months and months. Court will be next so you would be best to read some threads now and learn from the advice here.

Was the registered keeper the driver ?

Look at the bit about DC = debt collector. Your options are spelt out right at the top of the forum even with no searching needed.

Look at the bit about DC = debt collector.

''If you have letters from any debt collector such as Debt Recovery Plus or Zenith or Roxburghe, and are too late to 'appeal' and cannot name the driver, then either ignore them or robustly respond. Always still in time to complain to the retailer/landowner of course.''
