Mobile Phone Contract - Price Rise Refunds

I submitted my response to T-Mob's defence 4 days ago but other than the auto-reply, I've had nothing back from CISAS. Making me a bit nervous! Today is the cut-off day for my response so I've emailed them to confirm if they've received my response. Also attached my original response + file attachments to the chase up email, just in case.
Anyone else had this issue?0 -
Hi,
Ive not had a chance to look on the forum as Ive been a busy with some work. I had EE's defence come through today and I think its the same as everyone's elses, but I'm not sure what I need to reply with, can someone please let me know the post numbers?
Thank you0 -
Bear in mind as well that the uplift should only be from the 28th of May as that 2.7% should only be on 2/3days assuming that your bill date is today. I.e 1.3p per day (I think)
Not actually sure how EE work their bills out though as it's a fixed monthly rate so in theory the increase for May period it should be 15/31 x 2.7% x number of days after 27th May you bill runs for.

So, predictably, EE have been granted a 5 day extension to respond to my case.
I have also received the same response from Ofcom as previous posters. I cannot see how they can claim to be seeking to protect the consumer but, on the other hand, ignoring these phone companies actions.0 -
Afternoon all,
I'm just wondering if everyone (on Vodafone) will get a message stating the price change as of yet I haven't had anything saying about price changes.
I do often send picture messages so a little worried about getting charged any more.
cheers

Same here Ulaggy, even though I emailed them at roughly half 7 in the evening on Monday, still no response yet. Clearly labelled email with my defence, should hopefully get something later on!0

I am slightly confused, i have 2 contracts with T-Mobile. 1st Contract was taken out in January 2013 and 2nd contract taken out in August 2013. I have won with CICAS against T-Mobile for the 1st contract which they have said was under Terms CNV59 bu failed on the 2nd contract as they stated it was under CNV58.
I have no idea if it is indeed CNV58 but i presumed that they were both under the same contract.
I am going to try against the price rise on the 2nd contract now.0 -

Version V58 was never likely to win this argument (although I note that some have). What is worrying is that your August 13 contract MUST be V59! Did you make this point in your defence?
Unfortunately CISAS WIL NOT review the case even if they have judged it against the wrong contract!!0 -
Thanks for that, i am starting the price rise on CNV59 so fingers crossed.0

EE defence Received and is bog standard bar a couple of paragraph changes.
Have again put to CISAS they have again not attempted to tackle the issue of a 12 month interest rate being applied to a contract of less than 12 months0
